Doha: The 18th annual edition of Indian Women’s Association’s Centrepoint Inter-School Quiz 2014 was held at the Basant Kumar Birla Auditorium at Birla Public School with BPS emerging the winner.
The BPS trio, SarthakBehl, Kevin Koshy and Harikrishnan Kodamana took the first place with 150 points. The victory was BPS’s third in four years since 2011. DPS-Modern Indian School came second (80 points) and MES Indian School was third (50). Philippine School of Doha came fourth, followed by last year’s winners Doha Modern Indian School and Al Khor International School.
All 18 participants, who represented the six finalists, received prizes, including two-way air tickets to India, laptops, iPhones and iPads. Indian Ambassador Sanjiv Arora inaugurated the event.
