Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Municipality, represented by Al Rayyan Municipality, has set up an awareness pavilion at West Walk as part of Qatar Sustainability Week 2026, highlighting efforts to promote environmental awareness and encourage sustainable practices in the community.
Organised in collaboration with Mankasat and West Walk, the pavilion invites visitors to learn more about sustainability through awareness activities aimed at highlighting the importance of environmental responsibility and community participation.
The pavilion will remain open to the public until November 7, welcoming visitors daily from 6pm to 10pm at West Walk.
The initiative forms part of Qatar Sustainability Week, which runs from October 31 to November 7, bringing together government entities, private sector organisations and community partners to promote environmental protection and sustainable development.
Through such community-focused initiatives, the Ministry of Municipality seeks to strengthen public awareness of sustainability and encourage individuals to adopt environmentally responsible practices in their daily lives.
The participation of Al Rayyan Municipality also reflects the importance of partnerships between public institutions and private sector entities in expanding environmental awareness and engaging the wider community in sustainability efforts.
Visitors are encouraged to attend the pavilion during its operating hours and take part in the activities organised as part of the nationwide sustainability campaign.
