DOHA: The Qatar Exchange down on Monday 29.58 points or 0.35% to 8,329.08 points from the previous closing of 8,358.66 points.
The volume of shares traded up to 2,595,170 from 2,553,160 Sunday, and the value of shares decreased to QR113,831,321.11 from QR121,269,857.68 Sunday.
Among the top losers were Qatar National Bank whose share dropped 0.31% to QR129.70, Industries Qatar lost 0.59% to QR151.00, Qatar Insurance fell 0.75% to QR66.50 and Qatar Navigation down 0.59% to QR50.50.
Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector dropped 5.71 points while the Insurance sector lost 6.94 points. The Qatar industrial sector down 10.59 points and the Services sector fell 2.44 points. (QNA)
