Drone attacks rejected
Islamabad: Pakistan has confirmed that there is no change in its policy rejecting US drone attacks in the Pakistani territories.
Spokeswoman of the Pakistani Foreign Ministry Tasneem Aslam said her country considers such attacks as a violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, stressing that the raids are counterproductive and cause losses of innocent people’s lives.
Aslam said Pakistan will continue its positive contribution to the peace process in Afghanistan.
