Ooredoo, Regency Group Holding sign ICT solutions deal

Doha: Ooredoo has announced a multi-year deal with Regency Group Holding to provide high-speed fibre Internet, telecommunications and ICT solutions for the group’s diverse businesses, including five-star hotels, real estate and travel agencies, among others.
The deal was signed by Dr Mohammed Saleh Al Marri, Chief Sales & Service Officer, Ooredoo, and Hassan Ibrahim Al Asmakh, Vice-President,  Regency Group Holding.
Ooredoo will provide mobile and fixed data services for the group, and an IPTV service for Wyndham Grand Regency Hotel. It will also provide ICT solutions for the group’s upcoming Entertainment City project in Lusail City and both will work together to develop new smart ICT solutions.
Dr Al Marri, said: “Ooredoo is the partner of choice for major players in Qatar as we continue to develop our portfolio of modern services and state-of-the-art infrastructure. Smart living development is the future, and we are excited to be able to work with Regency Group Holding.”
Al Asmakh said: “We have built our reputation in innovation and the partnership with Ooredoo has allowed us to continue our promise to our customers and provide world-class services across our hotels in Qatar and cutting-edge ICT solutions for our customers and employees.”
The deal highlights how Ooredoo is pushing forward to be at the forefront of Qatar’s business sector, and helping businesses supply customers with up to date content, entertainment and solutions.
