Doha: The Strategic Planning Department at the Ministry of Interior has launched a comprehensive field survey on the services rendered by the South Security Department.
The survey will measure the satisfaction of those who visit the Department for various services and their feedback on quality of the services rendered.
The survey will continue for one week where the survey team will distribute survey forms that focus on three point; reception service, procedures of the required service, work environment.
The Director of Strategic Planning Col Abdul Rahman Majid Al Sulaiti said that the ministry gives prime importance to opinion surveys, because of its vital role in supporting the decision-making process.
He added that the survey will provide important information that enables decision makers to identify the opinions and trends of different social groups and take their views into account in decision-making process.
Further, it is also considered to be one of the most important tools to know the efficiency of services provided to the public thus enhancing the efficiency and quality of these services.
