Athens, Greece: Greek authorities announced Wednesday that 15 people were killed after a collision between a coastguard vessel and a boat carrying migrants off the coast of the Greek island of Chios.
The Hellenic Coast Guard said that 25 migrants were rescued, but one woman later died. Search and rescue operations are ongoing.
