Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Municipality confirmed that all its services continue to be delivered efficiently through approved digital channels, with operations running as usual without interruption.
In a post on its official X platform on Wednesday, the ministry said services are provided through an integrated digital system that enhances response speed and service quality.
The ministry urged the public to complete their transactions easily and securely via the Oun App, the Unified Contact Center (184), and the Electronic Building Permit System, noting that electronic services are available 24/7 throughout the week.
The Oun application is available for download on both the iPhone App Store and Play Store.
