Doha: The State of Qatar today, May 4, renewed its call for resolving the Russian-Ukrainian crisis through dialogue and diplomacy, settling international disputes by peaceful means, and not taking action that would lead to further escalation.
A statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that escalation measures such as the recent targeting of the Kremlin in the Russian capital, Moscow, will escalate violence and prolong and widen the crisis, warning in this context of the serious consequences of these hostilities on efforts to resolve the crisis peacefully.
The statement affirmed Qatar's support for all international efforts to find a peaceful solution to the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
