Sheikh Jassim bin Jabr Al Thani Primary Healthcare Center serves 4,323 beneficiaries at Jordan’s Azraq Camp

Doha, Qatar: The Sheikh Jassim bin Jabr Al Thani Primary Healthcare Center in Jordan’s Azraq Refugee Camp, established by the Jassim and Hamad Bin Jassim Charitable Foundation, has announced its monthly healthcare statistics for April 2026, underscoring its ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive medical services to camp residents through a range of specialized clinics and healthcare programs.

According to the center’s monthly report, a total of 4,323 patients benefited from its medical services during the month. The center offers a wide range of healthcare services, including pediatric care, gynecology, general medicine, dental care, emergency and ambulance services, vaccination and immunization programs, as well as a pharmacy that provides medications free of charge to patients.The report revealed that the Pediatrics Clinic received 1,118 children, while 1,283 patients benefited from services provided by the General Medicine Clinic. Meanwhile, the Emergency and Dental Clinics served a combined total of 1,101 beneficiaries.

In addition, 821 cases benefited from external referral services, family planning consultations, and vaccination programs offered by the center.The report also noted that the center’s pharmacy dispensed 3,172 prescriptions during April, reflecting continued efforts to ensure access to essential medicines and healthcare services for camp residents.

The Jassim and Hamad Bin Jassim Charitable Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to continuously enhancing the healthcare services provided by the center, ensuring medical care is delivered in line with the highest health standards. The foundation highlighted its regular field visits to assess the center’s needs and support the provision of specialized medical services that address the most common health conditions within the camp.
