Offshore, it will be hazy at times.
Winds inshore will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 03 to 13 knot. Offshore it will be variable mainly northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 03 to 13 knot.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 2 feet, while offshore will be 1 - 3 feet.
Visibility inshore will be 4 to 9/3 kilometers or less at southern area by late night, while offshore will be 4 to 9 kilometers.
