Gaza: At least 67 Palestinians were killed and dozens more wounded on Wednesday as Israeli forces launched a series of intense airstrikes across multiple areas of the Gaza Strip, targeting homes, shelters, and civilian gatherings.
According to medical sources in Gaza, the dead include women and children, with the strikes hitting densely populated neighborhoods and areas near medical facilities.
In eastern Gaza City, eight people were killed and dozens injured when Israeli warplanes bombed four residential homes in the Al-Mashahira area of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood.

Meanwhile, two more civilians were killed, and others injured in a strike that hit a tent shelter near Al-Shifa Medical Complex, located in the western part of the city. Another two fatalities were reported in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, where a home near Al-Falah School was struck.
In a separate attack near Al-Tayaran Junction, an Israeli airstrike targeted a vehicle, killing four people, including children, and wounding others.
Additionally, a Palestinian civilian seeking humanitarian aid was shot and killed by Israeli forces in the northern Gaza Strip, where others were also injured in the attack.
In the central Gaza Strip, four Palestinians were killed and several injured after Israeli aircraft struck a group of civilians near Al-Bukhari Mosque in the Al-Hakar area of Deir al-Balah. A woman was also killed by gunfire from an Israeli drone in the Al-Baraka neighborhood of the city.

In the south, one person was killed and several others wounded when an Israeli strike targeted a group of people near Al-Hannawi School in the Japanese neighborhood of Khan Younis.
The latest wave of airstrikes has pushed the death toll in Gaza to 67 Palestinians within hours, as Israeli military operations intensify amid a deepening humanitarian crisis in the besieged enclave.
Earlier today, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli offensive - which began on October 7, 2023 - has risen to 64,231 martyrs and 161,583 injured to date.
