Doha, Qatar: Al Duhail Sports Club welcomed the French international, Paris Saint-Germain superstar Ousmane Dembélé, winner of the 2025 Ballon D’or award, Friday evening.
Among those who received the star striker were the Vice Chairman of the Al Duhail Board of Directors Khalifa Khamis Al Sulaiti, General Manager Faisal Ali Al Shuaibi, members of the administrative staff, as well as the first-team players Bassam Al Rawi and Benjamin Bourigeaud.
During the evening held at the club’s headquarters, the Golden Ball award was presented on the pitch of Abdullah Bin Khalifa Stadium in the presence of the youth team players, who formed a guard of honour for the player.
Dembélé delivered a short speech to the youth players, offering advice, before signing jerseys and taking commemorative photos with them.
The visit concluded with the club’s management presenting the player with a cake in celebration of his visit to the club.
