DOHA: The Qatar Exchange in green area on Sunday 44.64 points or 0.46 percent to 9,841.30 points from the previous closing of 9,796.66 points on Sunday.
The volume of the shares up to 5,406,937 from 5,388,830 on Sunday and the value of shares increased to QR 287,207,027.51 from QR 248,890,511.69 Sunday.
Among the top gainers were Comm. Bank of Qatar whose share up 0.15 percent to QR 66.40, Nakilat whose share added 0.26 percent to QR19.17, United Dev. Company gained 0.55 percent to QR 22.02 and Industries Qatar increased by 0.82 percent to QR 160.10.
The Banking and Financial sector index was added 0.50 percent points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index down 0.11 percent points.
The industrial sector was gained 0.62 percent points while insurance sector fell 0.59 percent points. (QNA)
