South Korean members of an anti-Japan civic group step on a Japanese ‘rising sun flag’ during a protest near the Seoul High Court in Seoul yesterday. The protesters were demanding that South Korea stop the extradition of Liu Qiang, a Chinese suspected of leading an arson attack on Japan’s Yasukuni Shrine in 2011, to Japan.
