The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani with GCC Secretary-General Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani at Al Bahr Palace yesterday. Al Zayani briefed the Emir on preparations for the 34th session of the Supreme Council of GCC leaders to be held in Kuwait on December 10 and 11.
