Doha, Qatar: Qatar News Agency (QNA) launched yesterday its first training course for 2026, entitled ‘Foundation Programme for New Employees,’ as part of its training programmes aimed at developing the skills of Qatari personnel and raising their efficiency in the fields of media and institutional work.
The selection of this course reflects QNA’s keenness to promote the integration of new staff into the work environment and to enable them to perform their tasks efficiently from day one.
The programme aims to familiarise employees with QNA’s mission, vision and core values, ensuring their alignment with the agency’s culture and strategic objectives. It also focuses on enhancing communication and integration between departments, which contributes to raising the level of internal coordination
