Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index lost 720.98 points (-7.27 percent) when the bourse closed trading at 9,202.62 points Monday.
The volume of shares traded decreased to 21,744,677 from 19,302,046 on Sunday and the value of shares increased QR793,142,359.61 from QR330,266,160.45 on Sunday.
From the 44 companies listed on QSE, all shares are closed lower today. Indices of all seven sectors ended in red.
QSE Total Return Index dropped -7.27 percent to 15,432.26 points. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index lost +8.70 percent to 3,655.04 points and QSE All Share Index decreased -7.65 percent to 2,589.81 points.
