Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) announced that a number of services that are being offered through government service centers will be suspended immediately.
The services that will be inaccessible through government service centers include:
■ Adding a new branch
■ Changing the trade name
■ Changing the trade name with activity modification
■ Modifying personal data
■ Modifying business activities
■ Changing location
■ Changing the responsible manager
■ Renewing a commercial license
The MoCI urges customers to access these services instead through the single window portal.
According to the Ministry, this comes as part of "digital transformation" efforts, which aims to provide government services digitally.
