DOHA: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable of condolences to the Chinese President, Xi Jinping, over the victims of the earthquake that hit the Yunnan Province in the southwest. The Emir wished the injured a speedy recovery.
