El Jaish’s Hamed Allah will be out for at least two months due to knee injury.

Doha: The Qatar Super League (QSL)  El Jaish has suffered a major injury blow ahead of the start of the QSL season.
El Jaish confirmed that the prolific Moroccan attacker Abdulrazak Hamed Allah is set for two months on the sidelines following a hairline fracture to the knee cap.
It is believed that Hamed has already returned to Doha, and is set for orthopedic surgery at Aspetar.
The injury means that Hamed will almost certainly miss his sides crunch AFC Champions League ties against UAE Pro-League side Al Nassr August 24 and September 14, along with the first games of the new QSL season.
The former Guangzhou R&F hit-man enjoyed a fine maiden season in the QSL, bagging 21 goals in 23 games to share the Mansor Muftah award with Rodrigo Tabata at the 2016 QFA awards.
Whilst also helping his side pick up their second ever Qatar Cup, scoring the winner in the final against rivals Lekhwiya.
