Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange index returned to the green zone at the beginning of Monday's Trading, as it add 3.13 points, with a growth rate of 0.02%, to reach 13,141 points compared to the Sunday's transactions.
The improvement in the performance of the Qatar Stock Exchange is due to the growth witnessed by the industrial sector, which increased by 0.83 percent, the real estate sector by 0.81 percent, and the insurance sector by 0.19. In contrast, the largest decline was recorded in the banking and financial services sector by 0.37 percent.
The Qatar Stock Exchange recorded, at 10:00 am, trading value of QR 105.524 million, distributed among 42.976 million shares, with the implementation of 3,041 transactions.
