Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday issued Decree No. 67 of 2013, endorsing an agreement on cooperation and exchange of news between Qatar and Peru, signed in Lima on February 14 this year.
The Emir also issued Decree No. 65 of 2013, endorsing an agreement between Qatar and Barbados on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with regard to income tax, signed in Doha on December 6 last year.
The Emir issued Decree No. 66 of 2013, endorsing the Arab Human Rights Charter Qatar signed at the Arab League Headquarters in Cairo in 2008.
The charter and agreements have the power of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
