DOHA: Products fresh from Qatari farms will be sold three days a week in Al Khor and Al Dhakhira beginning on Thursday, an announcement by the Ministry of Environment published in local dailies yesterday said.
Stalls in the yard, being opened on the lines of Al Mazrouah that was opened near Umm Salal, will sell fresh vegetables, among other things.
The yard in Al Khor is opposite Al Khor Hospital, and will remain open from 7am until 5pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
“Products being sold in the yards in Al Khor and Dhakhira will be 100 percent fresh from local farms,” said the ministry.
