The Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage H E Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al Kuwari received a message from French Minister of Culture and Communication Fleur Pellerin containing a formal invitation to visit Paris. The message was delivered by Ambassador of France Eric Chevallier.
