Doha: Ezdan Holding Group officially opened Al Shamal Compound on Tuesday in the presence of senior officials of the group and its subsidiaries and businessmen.
“The official opening of the complex is a starting signal to offer all residential units at the compound available for home- seekers and entering the real estate market. The units are fully-equipped and furnished according to high standards, specifications and premium services,” Ali Mohammed Al Obaidli, CEO of Ezdan Holding Group, said.
The complex is on Al Shamal Road, which is considered the liveliest street in Doha. It is spread over an area of about 115,000sqm, including 129 luxury villas, 256 distinct apartments and a four-star hotel with 220 rooms.
It also includes a swimming pool, shops, nurseries, restaurants and services.
