Doha, Qatar: The State of Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the explosion that targeted a mosque in Islamabad, the capital of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which resulted in deaths and injuries.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed the State of Qatar’s firm position rejecting violence, terrorism, and criminal acts, regardless of the motives and reasons. It also emphasised its total rejection of targeting places of worship and terrorising peaceful civilians.
The Ministry expresses the condolences of the State of Qatar to the families of the victims, and to the government and people of Pakistan, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
