Islamabad: At least three security personnel were killed and 11 others injured when a bomb hit their vehicle in mid Kurram Agency yesterday, Pakistan’s Geo News reported.
According to sources the incident took place in Megni area of Kurram Agency where the security convoy was targeted with a remote-controlled bomb when it was heading to Orakzai Agency.
A search operation was also launched in the area to arrest the elements behind the attack.
Kurram Tribal Agency is located in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) of Pakistan.
