Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 10.98 points (-0.10%) when the bourse closed trading at 10,456.01 points Thursday.
The volume of shares traded decreased to 7,301,300 from 8,358,621 on Wednesday and the value of shares also decreased QR204,998,396.60 from QR240,265,613.90 on Wednesday.
From the 44 companies listed on QSE, shares of 36 saw trading today. From these 17 gained and 19 companies closed lower today.
Indices of four sectors ended in green and remained three sectors ended in red today. QSE Total Return Index dropped -0.10% to 17,439.54 points. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index down -0.27% to 4,182.30 points and QSE All Share Index decreased -0.04% to 2,956.17 points. (QNA)
