DOHA: HE the Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage Dr. Hamad bin Abdulaziz al-Kuwari met on Monday with members of the Arab Regional Committee for Girl Guides, chaired by Noura Kamal Alnaamani, who are currently visiting Doha to take part in the Committee's 50th meeting.
As Chairman of Qatar Scouts and Guides Association, HE the Minister of Culture reviewed with the participants some ideas on developing scouting in the Arab World and the role of women and girl guides.
The Committee's Chairperson and members extended sincere thanks and deep appreciation to HE the Minister for hosting the 50th meeting and for providing all the facilities to ensure the success of the meeting. (QNA)
