DOHA: The Emir Cup 2014 trophy tour visited Al Rashad School yesterday. Organised by QFA, the trophy was taken to the students who posed for cameras with the precious trophy.
The trophy’s journey to the schools has concluded and will now continue to the different sponsors of the Emir Cup in the coming days. The students of the Al Rashad School gathered enthusiastically around it and took memorable pictures.
The school organised a football tournament between the students and some of the previous football legends such as Adel Khamees, Mansoor Al Muftah, and Ibrahim Khalfan, Bader Belal and Younes Ahmad.
The tour featured a heartwarming welcome reception that was organised by the school officials and students in celebration of the arrival of the glorious trophy.
The reception was attended by Principal Lulwa Khalaf Al Kaabi, PE Coordinator Hessa Al Mohannadi in addition to other staff members.
