Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received yesterday a verbal message from Russian President Vladimir Putin. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov who is also the Special Envoy of the Russian President for the Middle East, delivered the message during a meeting with the Emir. QNA
