Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday sent cables of congratulations to Presidents Jorge Carlos Fonseca (Cape Verde), Nicolás Maduro (Venezuela) and Abdelaziz Bouteflika (Algeria) on their countries’ Independence Day.
