Doha, Qatar: Minister of State for Interior Affairs HE Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Faisal bin Mohammed Al-Thani attended the ceremony marking the promotion of a number of First Warrant Officers to the rank of Lieutenant and their taking of the military oath.
