Philippines Vice President and Presidential Adviser on Overseas Filipino Workers’ Concerns Jejomar C Binay (left) visited the family of the Filipino worker who was beheaded in Libya. Binay went to the home of Antonio Espares in Taguig on Thursday to extend his condolences and assistance to the latter’s family.
