Snan Food Hall to open temporarily during S’hail 2021 exhibition

Doha: Katara will open Snan Food Hall on a temporary basis from tomorrow, September 7 till September 11. This was announced by General Manager of Cultural Village Foundation Dr Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti on Twitter today.

The opening of the food hall with many cafés and other food outlets coincides with the 5th edition of Katara International Hunting and Falcons Exhibition (S’hail), which will be held during the same time. 

Around 160 international companies representing 19 countries from different continents will participate in the exhibition which will begin tomorrow and continue until September 11.

The event will be held at Katara and is considered the biggest exhibition of falcons, hunting and camping equipment in the Middle East. The opening hours is from 10 am to 10pm, and on Friday from 2pm to 11pm.

The exhibition is one of the largest international exhibitions specialised in falcons, which will include numerous activities and events; namely, falcon auction and exhibitions for falcons and haunting. A pavilion will be also dedicated in the exhibition for hunting-related handicrafts and falcon supplies.

The official opening of the Snan Food Hall will be likely at the end of 2021 as per the video tweeted by Dr Sulaiti.

The video showed a huge an artfully decorated huge hall with comfortable seating along with many well-known food outlets serving their specialties.
