Diverse artwork by 19 Qatari and 23 Brazilian artists is on display for the public at the “Here There” exhibition which opened recently at Al Riwaq Gallery.
The artwork ranges from pieces created using traditional media, such as paintings, drawings and prints, to digital art, installations and interactive works. The exhibition is split into two parts, each dedicated to one of the two countries Qatar (Here) and Brazil (There).
The select group of artists includes first-time exhibitors as well as more established and well-known figures.
Presented by Qatar Museums Public Art Department, the exhibition, which runs until March 30, marks the culmination of the Qatar Brazil 2014 Year of Culture.
