Total E&P Qatar launched its third bi-annual Health, Safety and Environment Contractor Forum at the Movenpick Tower and Suites recently.
“Contractors are of key priority to Total as they represent over 80 percent of the total volume of Total’s activities in Qatar; and with Total’s maintained close collaboration with its contractors, their safe behaviour continues to be a strong element in Total’s success,” said a company statement.
During the event, Total E&P Qatar Managing Director Stephane Michele presented the best contractor award 2012 to SPIE Oil and Gas Services. Total E&P Qatar’s HSE Department was delighted to welcome Qatar Petroleum’s offshore HSE department for a fruitful exchange of experiences.
