A float in a parade to celebrate the Blacks and Whites Carnival in Pasto, Colombia, yesterday. The Blacks and Whites Carnival is the most important celebration in southern Colombia and was declared Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Unesco. The carnival runs until January 7 every year.
