The INS Vikramaditya aircraft carrier arrives in the Indian Navy’s Area of Operation alongside ships from western fleet in the Arabian Sea. The long-delayed INS Vikramaditya, acquired from Russia, costs $2.3bn and will be the largest and heaviest operated by the navy.
