Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), in cooperation with United Cars Almana, Qatar’s RAM dealership, has announced the recall of RAM 1500 and RAM 2500 2025 models.
The recall is due to the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) containing software that causes the cluster to go blank at start up or while driving. The recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers. The Ministry said that it will coordinate with the dealer to follow up on the repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out.
