Police officers and others outside the Ohr Torah school, in Toulouse, France, yesterday, after a woman scared a student with a knife outside the premises. The student, who fled into the school, was not hurt and the woman turned out to be a well-known local with a history of psychiatric problems. The incident occurred near the school where an Islamist gunman, Mohamed Merah, shot dead a rabbi and three children on March 19, 2012.
