Moscow--Talks between German Chancellor Angela Merkel, France's Francois Hollande and President Vladimir Putin on the Ukraine conflict were "constructive", a Kremlin spokesman said Saturday, adding a blueprint was being put together to end the crisis.
"The talks are over. They were substantial and constructive," Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, adding that the European leaders were now leaving Moscow.
"Work is under way to prepare the text of a possible joint document to implement the Minsk agreements," said Peskov. The plan would include proposals from both Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Putin, he said.
