Doha: Qatar Football Association (QFA) President Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani yesterday received the Ambassador of the United States of America to the State of Qatar H E Timmy T Davis, at the QFA headquarters in Al Bidda Tower.
The meeting was also attended by the QFA Secretary-General Mansour Al Ansari and Executive Director of the QFA’s Institutional and Strategic Development Office Mushtaq Al Waeli.
During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest and ways to enhance them in various areas of football and opportunities to strengthen fraternal relations between the two countries.
