Gaza death toll rises to 72,027 amid ongoing Israeli strikes

Gaza: The toll from Israeli attacks on Gaza has risen to 72,027 dead in addition to 171,561 injured since October 7, 2023.

Medical sources reported that in the past 24 hours, two more people were killed and 25 injured, while many victims remain trapped under rubble and in the streets, unreachable by rescue teams.

Since the ceasefire on October 11, total deaths have reached 576 and injuries 1,543, with 717 bodies recovered. Authorities added 85 victims to the cumulative death toll after completing verification of cases between January 23 and 30.
