Rome--Juventus will have to overturn a 2-1 first leg deficit to Fiorentina without top scorer Carlos Tevez in Tuesday's second-leg of the Italian Cup semi-final after the Argentine picked up a thigh injury.
The 31-year-old Tevez is Serie A's top goalscorer on 17 and will undergo further tests on Wednesday, with Juventus keen to have him fit for the Champions' League quarter-final against Monaco on April 14.
The in-form striker had to leave Florence on Tuesday and returned to Turin with "discomfort felt from flexor muscle fatigue in his right thigh," a statement on the Juventus website explained.
Cup holders Napoli host Lazio in the other semi-final on Wednesday. Their first leg finished 1-1 in Rome.
