Berlin: The Chairman of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority, H E Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah, who is also the President of the UN Conference on Climate Change (COP18), attended yesterday the fourth ministerial meeting on climate change in the presence of the German Chancellor Angela Merkel and German Minister of Environment Peter Altmire.
The two-day meeting is discussing issues on its agenda, most important of which is preparation for the UN Conference on Climate Change (COP 19), which will be held in Poland from November 11 to 22 this year.
