‘Rhythm 2015’- a weeklong talent hunt drive of Ideal Indian School — aiming to nurture the artistic aptitudes of the students concluded recently. More than 2,000 students participated in 27 events ranging from drawing, literary and performing arts separately among boys and girls. The students of junior, boys’ and girls’ sections were divided among four categories – sub junior, junior, intermediate and senior. Some of the events include vocal and instrumental music, dance, painting, cartoon & caricature, rangoli, face painting, mime, poem recitation, elocution and extempore. The knowledge of Quran was an added field for the Muslim students. Experts from various organisations in Qatar were invited to judge the performance of the competitors.
