Under the patronage and in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs H E Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani, and with the attendance of Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces, H E Staff Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Jassim bin Mohammed Al Mannai, the Qatari Armed Forces celebrated the promotion of a number of officer cadets and First Warrant Officers serving in various units of the Armed Forces to the rank of Lieutenant. The ceremony was attended by a number of senior commanders and officers of the Qatari Armed Forces.
