Qatari players arrive at the Hong Kong airport, yesterday for the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying game against the hosts tomorrow.

HONG KONG: Qatar squad headed by coach Daniel Carreno arrived here yesterday for their third Group C 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying game tomorrow.
On Thursday, Qatar hammered Bhutan 15-0 in what was their biggest ever football win.
Qatar have six points after two wins – the Maroons beat Maldives 1-0 in their first qualifying game in June. Carreno, who took over the side in May this year, has retained the squad that featured for Bhutan clash.
The squad trained on Saturday before their departure on Sunday.
Next month, Qatar will prepare to host China for their fourth 2018 World Cup qualifier at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium on October 8.
Maldives will also visit Doha in the same week for their return clash on October 13 at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium, Qatar’s iconic venue. THE PENINSULA
